Fortnum & Mason Plc

365Operations led the Dynamics 365 Commerce, D365 Finance and D365 Supply Chain implementation at Fortnum & Mason Plc working with the internal team and 10+ 3rd Parties to deliver the overall solution.

  • BAU Support for AX2009 during the D365FO project build. (in partnership with SIS Global)

This was a long running project where the D365 project began in 2017, the key project timelines can be seen below:

  • D365 Solution selected (converting from a AX2012 project) – May 2017
  • D365 Finance, D365 Supply Chain and D365 Commerce – all went live ‘big bang in March 2019
  • Expanded to support Asia operations September 2019
  • Upgraded to D365 Version 10x (OneVersion) in June 2020

David was instrumental in the delivery of Dynamics365 F&O at Fortnum & Mason. His depth of subject-matter expertise in this field is matched by his resilience, tenacity and ability to adapt to changing requirements and circumstances; vital skills in any technology enabled business change project but never more so than in an ERP implementation within a retail context where timely decision making is the difference between success and failure.
